test_multi_block_mixed_state_operations()

Generate fixtures for these test cases for Amsterdam with:

fill -v tests/amsterdam/eip8037_state_creation_gas_cost_increase/test_state_gas_multi_block.py::test_multi_block_mixed_state_operations --fork Amsterdam

Verify coinbase fee across blocks with diverse state operations.

Block 1: Simple SSTORE transactions (state gas from reservoir). Block 2: Child spill + revert transactions (reservoir recovery). Block 3: Child spill + halt transactions (halt recovery).

This mixed scenario tests that receipt_gas_used is consistent across different state gas paths within a multi-block chain.
